Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.

Property Access

  • Located inside the gated Eagles Nest community with access to amenities. Within walking distance to pickleball courts, archery, and disc golf.
  • Guests have access to most amenities inside Eagles Nest. Amenities include:
    • Great Camp: BBQ Pavilion, Amphitheater (location of summer concerts from May to end of November), Great Lawn, Playground, Hiking Trails, Ropes Course and Climbing Tower (seasonal), Mini-Golf Course, 24/7 Dollar General concept store
    • North Pavilion: Ball Field, Sportsmans Lodge (unlocked portion only), Sports Court (Basketball and Pickleball), Dog Park, Walking Trail, Sportsman's Grille (Wed-Sun, hours vary), Fire Pit, Woodland Trail System (ATV Trails, Hiking, Biking)
    • Camp (BYO Equipment): Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Disc Golf, Archery (Restrooms and Pavilion coming soon)
    • Vineyard: Food and Wine served
  • Guests do not have access to the locked portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, Fitness Center, or Wine & Cigar Bar. These are for member use only.

Policies and Rules

  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
  • No smoking inside the home or on the property.
  • No events allowed.
  • Children allowed.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle as instructed.
  • Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATVs. For information about ATV rentals, visit offroadadventuresnc.com.
  • Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment, etc.).
  • Summer concerts are open to all guests; however, there is an admission fee for each person and a cash bar for food and drinks.
  • Eagles Nest is an active community with ongoing construction in some neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.

Fees and Payments

  • Pet-friendly: Two mature, well-trained dogs allowed with a $25 per day, per dog fee.
  • $35 per night amenity fee (maximum $175) applies for use of development facilities and features.
  • Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each. Winery hours: Thursday & Friday 4pm–10pm; Saturday & Sunday 1pm–7pm. All visitors at the winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.
  • Firewood for the outdoor fire pit may be added at booking or by inquiry more than a week in advance ($25/night for two wrapped bundles and a fire starter).
  • Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 59 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation is rebooked. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Parking Information

  • Free parking available. Main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November–March; chains may be necessary to access all properties in winter months.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • All linens and towels provided for your stay.
  • High-speed internet provided. Some travel areas may not have cell reception.
  • Clothes washer and dryer available.
  • Dishwasher, oven, stove, toaster, ice-maker, cooking basics, climate control, and hair dryer provided.

  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals.
